Hannah and I would both like to thank the STAR Charity for funding our visit to The Lion King at The Bristol Hippodrome as a 17th birthday treat for Hannah. I picked Hannah up from college in Bridgewater and we set off for Bristol.  My satnav was bringing us into Bristol over the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

On a wet Wednesday in August 6 mentors and 8 young people met the BugFest Gang at Tilham Farm. We were introduced to an African Land snail called Jeff, a millipede (who remained unnamed), stick insects- large and small, whip scorpions, and of course a tarantula!! Following our trip to the Air Museum earlier in the year, for our summer trip, Jim and I went to the Imperial War Museum in London. Jim is a determined lad who knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to dream.  He has a plan to build a huge video game empire with his younger brother.
